GENERAL INFORMATION

• Annual memberships are renewable for the fall session of any given year and expire at the end of the summer session of the following year.

• Registration periods are approximately 2 weeks long.

• If you register for a course and do not find it to your liking, you can change it or ask for a credit or refund before the beginning of the next class.

• If the period of registration is ‘Closed’, you must contact us by phone at (514)543-0629 or by email at infoencore9@gmail.com to register.

• Walking tours are not refundable.

• Payments can be made either by cheque or by e-transfers.

• Cheques are payable to E.N.C.O.R.E.

• Cheques should be mailed to our E.N.C.O.R.E office at

• E-transfers are sent to the following email address: encoreseniors2016@gmail.com

• Security questions and answers are no longer required by E.N.C.O.R.E. for an e-transfer. However, if your bank requires it to process an e-transfer – please use the following:

• If a member is owed money, a credit is posted to her/his account and is used for future registration.

• Prior to each new registration, a list of credits is sent to impacted members.

• A refund is only issued upon request; refunds are by cheque only regardless of method of payment by the member.

• The annual membership fee for the 2023-2024 year is $30.00

• Most of our courses are $66.00 for a 6-week session
